Senior Project Manager, Imaging

Job Summary

Acting as the primary contact for customers on assigned projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager, Imaging will manage a portfolio of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to timelines and compliance with regulatory requirements, while working remotely or onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans and timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely deliverables
• Maintain project documentation and compliance with SOPs, while managing customer communication and routine teleconferences
• Oversee revenue forecasting, tracking, and invoicing, while updating budgets and contracts as necessary

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent education/work experience
• Minimum of three years in a customer-focused role, with at least one year in project management within the clinical trial industry preferred
• Experience in Imaging or Cardiac projects is preferred but not required
• Advanced English fluency required for business communication
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for customer meetings and presentations
