Senior Project Manager, IRT

Job Summary

Taking ownership of scientific operations deliverables, the full-time Senior Project Manager, IRT will lead the implementation and optimization of clinical systems while managing third-party vendors and collaborating with cross-functional teams, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and optimization of clinical systems and technologies for efficient trial execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system needs and opportunities for improvement
• Manage third-party IRT vendors and write UAT test plans and scripts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field
• Significant experience in managing and optimizing clinical systems with a deep understanding of clinical trial processes
• Strong leadership and project management skills with proven ability to guide cross-functional teams
• Expertise in data analysis and system integration, with proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive system improvements
