Senior Project Manager (Mechanical)
Job Summary
To support ongoing construction projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager (Mechanical) will manage project documentation, oversee budgets and schedules, and ensure client satisfaction while working onsite or in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage all project documentation, including budgets and schedules
- Lead project hand-off meetings and coordinate with field supervisors to ensure project success
- Prepare monthly project billing, manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Required qualifications
- Previous experience in project management or a BS/BA degree in Building Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- PMP, CCM, or equivalent certification preferred
- Extensive experience managing budgets for construction projects
- OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR Training
- Strong leadership skills and knowledge of construction management processes
