Senior Project Manager - MEP

Job Summary

To oversee all aspects of MEP project management, the full-time Senior Project Manager - MEP will manage reporting, cost, risk, and scope while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery, working remotely from Austin, Texas.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project management activities including cost planning, consultant procurement, and construction management until project completion
• Manage project control functions such as reporting, risk assessment, and schedule tracking while ensuring compliance with established guidelines
• Facilitate communication and coordination among project stakeholders, preparing presentations and reports for key milestones

Required qualifications

• Degree in construction management, electrical/mechanical engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management for major data center projects, particularly in MEP coordination
• Proficient in project management tools, including Microsoft Windows, Primavera P6, and MS-Office
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus
