Senior Project Manager, Operations

Job Summary

To support a growing innovation team, the contract Senior Project Manager, Operations will manage the end-to-end development of new products and product line extensions remotely, ensuring projects meet quality standards and timelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product development execution from ideation through commercial launch, ensuring alignment with project timelines and scope
• Manage the stage-gate process for the innovation portfolio, tracking milestones and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
• Develop project plans and identify risks, proactively addressing bottlenecks and delays throughout the development pipeline

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience in product development or innovation, ideally within CPG or related industries
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, including formulation, sourcing, and regulatory processes
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana) with experience in stage-gate or similar innovation processes
• Passion for health, wellness, and nutrition, with alignment to the company's mission and values
