Job Summary
To support a growing federal project portfolio, the full-time Senior Project Manager - PE Certified will manage various architecture and engineering projects remotely from Guam, focusing on client engagement, project execution, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage projects of varying sizes and complexities while ensuring technical feasibility and defining project scope and objectives
- Cultivate client partnerships to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs, while engaging with the design team to mitigate risks during project delivery
- Identify new business opportunities in the federal market and maintain relationships with Federal Government decision makers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management)
- At least 12 years of experience in architecture, engineering, and/or construction, with a minimum of 5 years on federal A-E facility projects
- Professional Engineer (PE), Registered Architect (RA), or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Willingness to travel 5-20% of the time to project sites, including potential OCONUS travel
