Senior Project Manager, Pharma

Job Summary

To support a marketing and communications agency specializing in the Pharma sector, the Freelance Senior Project Manager will lead complex projects remotely, managing timelines, budgets, and client communications while ensuring high-quality execution across integrated marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale projects, including integrated campaigns and digital/print tactics, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation, while monitoring project health and addressing risks
• Act as a trusted client contact, fostering strong relationships and providing timely updates throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in an advertising, marketing, or digital agency environment
• Experience with AOR Pharma Launch and managing complex, integrated campaigns
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Workfront, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project
• PMP, Six Sigma, or related certifications are a plus
