Senior Project Manager, PMP

Job Summary

To lead high-impact SLED and Federal customer deployments of the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange platform, the remote full-time Senior Project Manager, PMP will manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex customer engagements, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and effective collaboration across technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for the planning, execution, governance, risk management, and formal sign-off of concurrent customer deployments
• Define, track, and report on deployment success criteria, metrics, and timelines to ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation tailored to diverse stakeholder audiences

Required Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the assigned customer base
• Demonstrated experience in State, Local, Education, or Federal domains with knowledge of their operational complexities
• Track record of project or program management experience delivering customer-facing technical solutions in a professional services environment
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
• Practical understanding of foundational networking and security concepts, including firewalls and VPN architectures
