Job Summary
Leading project execution for an enterprise data platform, the full-time remote Senior Project Manager, Scrum Master will manage multiple initiatives, facilitate Agile practices, and ensure effective delivery of data integration, analytics, and reporting initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of data platform and analytics initiatives from intake through production deployment
- Serve as Scrum Master for the data platform team, promoting Agile practices and improving delivery velocity
- Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives while coordinating cross-functional work
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience in enterprise technology, particularly with data platforms and analytics
- Proven experience as an Agile Scrum Master or Project Manager for data engineering or software development teams
- Strong knowledge of Scrum practices, including backlog management and sprint planning
- Experience managing projects involving data ingestion, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data warehouses
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence, along with advanced project planning and risk management skills
