Job Summary

Leading multidisciplinary teams, the full-time Senior Project Manager - Water will provide independent direction for large, complex water resources, stormwater, and watershed projects remotely, focusing on project strategy, execution, and client engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project direction, planning, execution, and financial performance for high-profile water projects
• Facilitate project approaches and negotiate deliverables while aligning with client needs and regulatory requirements
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders, guiding decisions and managing project expectations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, environmental science, or a related field
• Proven experience managing large, complex professional services projects with financial accountability
• Strong knowledge of water resources, stormwater management, and related environmental services
• Advanced understanding of project management practices, including scope, schedule, and budget management
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence multidisciplinary teams and communicate complex information effectively
