Senior Project Planner
Job Summary
Driving the financial health of assigned brands, the full-time remote Senior Project Planner will manage budgets, develop estimates, and serve as the client point of contact for financial management while collaborating with project teams.
Key responsibilities
- Creates and maintains yearly and project-specific budget scope documents
- Leads monthly forecasting and provides rationale for submissions
- Collaborates with brand Project Manager and Account leads to ensure transparency and accuracy of brand financials
Required qualifications
- BS/BA degree or relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in advertising/marketing production/delivery
- Expertise in financial management and vendor coordination
- Strong understanding of print, digital, and video production
- Experience with project management software and Gantt charts
