Senior Project Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the successful execution of strategic education and Pillar-based initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Project Specialist will coordinate consortium activities, manage education-related projects, and ensure timely delivery aligned with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational support resource for the TeamHealth Academic Consortium, coordinating meetings and maintaining documentation
• Manage HM Academy and Pillar projects, including producing newsletters and developing project plans and timelines
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation and track project deliverables

Required qualifications

• Education in administrative, medical research, statistics, or a related healthcare discipline preferred
• Experience in administrative, project, and task management
• Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools and medical literature preferred
• Basic knowledge of statistics and research methodology is preferred
• Prior experience working with academic or clinical research teams preferred
