Senior Prop Concept Artist

Job Summary

To enhance the creative vision of Guild Wars 3, the contract Senior Outsourcing Prop Concept Artist will work remotely, collaborating with the Outsourcing Art Team and external partners to ensure prop concept art meets quality standards, while providing actionable feedback and preparing assets for integration.

Key responsibilities

• Translate design briefs into actionable vendor art briefs with strong visual references
• Provide clear, actionable feedback that aligns with art direction and design goals
• Manage multiple projects and maintain organized asset files and documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Art, Game Art, Illustration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of professional experience in game development pipelines
• Experience reviewing concept art and collaborating with external art vendors
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
• Strong understanding of art fundamentals, including form, color, and composition
