Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior Catastrophe Property Claims Adjuster will investigate and document property claims, communicate updates to stakeholders, and provide technical expertise while managing high severity losses and special investigations.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate and document property claims, including policy review and negotiation of settlements
- Communicate claim updates and decisions both verbally and in writing
- Support catastrophe response efforts and act as a resource for less experienced staff
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant education
- 5+ years of property claims experience
- Strong estimating skills
- Adjuster licensed in home state or holds a non-resident license as required
- Experience in catastrophe-focused environments is highly preferred
