Senior Property Claims Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Property Claims function across Personal, Commercial, and Farm lines, the full-time Senior Property Claims Manager will oversee multiple teams, set operational standards, and ensure exceptional service delivery during Pacific Standard Time business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop Property Claims Supervisors and their teams, focusing on hiring, coaching, and performance management
• Oversee daily operations for complex multi-line commercial, farm, and coverage claims, ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Drive process improvements and manage the department's expense budget while addressing sensitive and escalated situations with empathy

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of insurance experience with a focus on property, commercial, and farm claims
• 5+ years of management experience preferred
• Industry designations such as CPCU, AIC, or SCLA strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and claims software, including Xactimate and XactAnalysis
• Advanced knowledge of personal, commercial, and farm policies, as well as construction practices and regulatory requirements
