Job Summary
Supporting property tax compliance and planning functions, the full-time Senior Property Tax Analyst will manage property tax filings, assist with negotiations, and collaborate with various business partners in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support the property tax senior manager on litigation matters and negotiations of property tax agreements
- Ensure timely compliance with property tax requirements while collaborating with third-party service providers
- Assist in identifying property tax planning risks and opportunities, including research on jurisdictional laws and rates
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
- 3 years of property tax compliance, consulting, and planning experience
- Experience with property tax software and understanding of appraisal coursework
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
