Senior Proposal Development Specialist

Job Summary

To support the growth of Public and Nonprofit Consulting, the full-time Senior Proposal Development Specialist will lead the development of high-quality, compliant proposals and client-facing content while managing proposal operations and collaborating with subject matter experts in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the writing, editing, and refinement of proposals and related materials, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements
• Coordinate proposal development activities and maintain proposal content libraries to enhance efficiency and quality
• Assist teams in preparing client deliverables and support pursuit planning activities to align messaging with client priorities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English, marketing, public administration, business administration, or a related field
• Three or more years of experience in developing proposals, qualifications, or similar client-facing deliverables
• Outstanding writing, editing, and content development skills
• Experience interpreting and responding to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously
