Senior Proposal Manager

Job Summary

To support the development of custom capabilities presentations and proposals, the remote Senior Proposal Manager will manage content creation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines while driving effective storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Curate and critically review information for RFIs and RFPs to communicate capabilities and value to clients
• Collaborate with teams to craft engaging narratives and maintain content repositories for efficient resource organization
• Train colleagues on storytelling techniques and provide feedback to enhance proposal quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a relevant field
• 3-5 years of experience in proposal writing, copywriting, or content marketing
• Proficiency in PowerPoint design and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with experience communicating with executive leaders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
