Job Summary
Managing the pre-proposal efforts, the full-time Senior Proposal Strategy Consultant will support strategy discussions, develop program catalogs, and ensure high-quality documentation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and organize pre-release RFP documents and tools, ensuring quality assurance over all pre-release activities
- Develop and maintain strategy maps, capture plans, and competitive assessments to support the pre-proposal process
- Track project status and lead workgroups, escalating unresolved issues and gathering updates until project closure
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience with health plans, managing RFPs/grants, or managing complex projects
- Experience with Medicaid programming and Medicaid RFPs preferred
