Senior Proposals and Client Services Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting the successful pursuit of new business opportunities, the full-time remote Senior Proposals and Client Services Specialist will manage the coordination, preparation, and delivery of proposals, RFIs, and client service activities while developing budgets and ensuring high-quality submissions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the coordination, preparation, and delivery of proposals and RFIs
- Develop and review budgets and pricing analyses for competitive client proposals
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure comprehensive proposal submissions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business, with 3-5 years of experience in proposal preparation within the clinical trial industry
- Expertise in developing Strategic, Full Service, and Preferred Provider RFP responses
- Strong knowledge of early-phase clinical study designs
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
- Proficiency in English
