Job Summary
Leading complex provider contracting initiatives, the full-time Senior Provider Contracting Negotiator will execute multi-year strategies for various health plans, focusing on high-stakes negotiations and advising executive leadership in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead high-value provider contracting initiatives across Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and Commercial lines of business
- Develop and execute multi-year contracting strategies for hospitals and large physician organizations
- Perform advanced financial modeling and mentor contracting staff while advising on network strategy
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Four years of progressive provider contracting experience in a managed care environment
- Experience negotiating complex agreements with hospitals and health systems
- Familiarity with Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and Commercial product lines
- Extensive experience in designing and managing value-based payment models
