Senior Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

The full-time Senior Provider Enrollment Specialist will enroll behavioral health providers with appropriate payers, working remotely while managing provider submissions, conducting audits, and serving as a technical resource within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process provider enrollment submissions, including initial mailing and database tracking
• Conduct audits to enhance processes and reduce errors
• Act as a technical resource and facilitate conflict resolution within the team

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 3+ years of experience submitting provider enrollment applications to insurance payers
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel and Word
