Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare provider partnerships initiative, the full-time Senior Provider Partnerships Manager will develop strategies for seamless patient referrals, build relationships with health systems and EMR vendors, and drive the execution of partnership agreements in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Establish the provider partnerships strategy, market priorities, and target partner profiles
- Develop and advance executive-level relationships with health system leaders and negotiate strategic partnership agreements
- Demonstrate measurable growth in provider referrals and translate pilot learnings into scalable operating processes
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or healthcare technology
- Experience developing and executing commercial strategies or partnership programs
- Familiarity with healthcare providers, health systems, EMRs, and interoperability platforms
- Proven ability to build executive-level relationships within the healthcare ecosystem
- Experience designing and scaling strategic pilots and creating repeatable commercial models
