Job Summary
Providing advanced leadership in provider performance management, the full-time Senior Provider Performance Specialist will manage strategic provider relationships, lead complex performance initiatives, and serve as a senior escalation resource, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage strategic provider relationships and optimize network performance
- Lead complex performance initiatives to enhance provider operations
- Serve as a senior escalation resource supporting the Plan Performance provider operating model
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Health Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent related experience
- Four years of experience in a healthcare payer, integrated delivery system, ACO, or value-based care environment
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and experience with Power BI/Tableau or similar visualization platforms
- Experience in population health or analytics platforms, and designing or improving provider workflows
- Lean Six Sigma or process improvement certification preferred
