Senior Provider Relations Advocate

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Provider Relations Advocate will manage complex provider, claims, and operational escalations, serving as a liaison between providers and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and enhance the overall provider experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end resolution of complex provider and operational escalations, including claims and payment discrepancies
• Research and analyze complex claims and payment inquiries, collaborating with various stakeholders to resolve issues
• Conduct detailed investigations into operational and provider issues, identifying trends and recommending process improvements

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, provider relations, or claims management
• Experience with the Facets claim system
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel with pivot tables
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
