Senior Provider Relationship Manager
Job Summary
Supporting providers through successful onboarding and issue resolution, the full-time Senior Provider Experience Relationship Manager will manage ongoing provider requirements and collaborate with internal teams to enhance healthcare delivery in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead new network providers through a streamlined onboarding process and train them on operational procedures
- Address provider inquiries and resolve billing issues using the CSM tool
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned providers, building strong relationships and conducting strategic reviews
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry
- Understanding of healthcare services and self-funded insurance plans
- Knowledge of CPT/HCPC coding and claims processing
- Associate degree, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
