Senior Python Engineer
Job Summary
Joining the Integration team, the contract Senior Python Engineer will take ownership of backend features and improvements, develop scalable services using Python and Django, and build integrations with external systems in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services and integrations with KYC, geolocation, and payment partners
- Implement observability across integration flows, including monitoring, logging, and alerting
- Support production issues and participate in on-call rotations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of development experience with Python and strong experience in API and system integrations
- Proven experience integrating third-party APIs, particularly in payments and KYC
- Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and concurrency
- Experience in architecture design of highly loaded and scalable solutions
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations
