Senior QA Analyst
Job Summary
Owning end-to-end quality for a product area, the full-time Senior QA Analyst will design effective testing approaches, improve automation practices, and mentor junior QAs while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end quality for a product area, balancing feature validation, regression risk, and defect prevention
- Design and implement effective testing approaches across functional, integration, and regression coverage
- Anticipate quality risks and guide developers and PMs on release-risk trade-offs
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA, with end-to-end ownership of quality for a web product area
- Hands-on experience designing and running manual and automated tests, ideally with Playwright
- Proven ability to assess release risk and communicate quality trade-offs effectively
- Experience mentoring junior QAs and improving existing testing processes
