Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior QA Analyst will analyze system requirements, formulate manual and automated test cases, and collaborate with Agile/SCRUM teams to ensure the quality of application changes for the Commercial Lines Business Owner Policy (BOP) team.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze system requirements in AzDO to create test cases based on acceptance criteria and risk-based testing
- Log bugs and participate in Scrum ceremonies while collaborating with other QA Analysts
- Advocate for continuous improvement of processes and tools while testing complex products and systems
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in analyzing, testing, and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing
- Completion of a technical training program and at least 4 years of related work experience is acceptable
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Agile practices and various testing methodologies including manual and automated testing
- Knowledge of API testing and tools such as Postman and Swagger
