Senior QA Analyst (Drug Rebate)

Job Summary

Leading quality strategies for the Medicaid Drug Rebate solution, the full-time Senior QA Analyst (Drug Rebate) will work remotely to ensure compliance, guide junior team members, and serve as a liaison for internal teams and client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and refine quality assurance strategies for the drug rebate solution
• Maintain drug rebate solution standards and support state clients in operations and maintenance
• Develop and provide technical documentation, including quality metrics and test plans

Required qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in quality assurance for Medicaid Drug Rebate business processes
• Four or more years of experience with Medicaid Drug Rebate systems
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience querying RDBMS databases like SQL Server and Oracle
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for testing and defect resolution
