Senior QA Automation Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the expansion of QA automation, the full-time Senior QA Automation Engineer will architect, implement, and maintain automation frameworks for web and backend applications while mentoring QA engineers and integrating automated testing into the software development lifecycle in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement automated test frameworks, ensuring scalability and alignment with business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing
- Mentor QA engineers on best practices and participate in Agile ceremonies to promote a quality-first mindset
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 4 years focused on QA automation
- Proven experience in designing and maintaining automation frameworks for web and backend applications
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright and NUnit
- Proficiency in C# and SQL for building automation frameworks and data validation
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test integration using Azure DevOps
