Senior QA Automation Engineer

Job Summary

To advance the enterprise test automation strategy, the full-time Senior QA Automation Engineer will lead the development of scalable automation frameworks and strategies for complex software systems in a remote environment, ensuring software reliability and compliance in a highly regulated setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and evolution of scalable test automation strategies across multiple applications and technology environments
• Design and evolve reusable automation frameworks and establish automation engineering standards to improve consistency and quality
• Serve as a senior technical advisor to cross-functional teams, providing guidance on automation capabilities and quality tradeoffs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years of experience in QA automation, including building and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks
• ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification required
• Advanced proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript
• Experience testing within regulated software environments, with knowledge of computer system validation and data integrity requirements preferred
