Senior QA Business Analyst
Job Summary
Bridging the gap between business stakeholders and quality assurance functions, the full-time Senior QA Business Analyst (ERP) will analyze business requirements, develop test strategies, and ensure high-quality product releases while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements and functional specifications for ERP applications
- Develop comprehensive test strategies and perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate UAT sessions and provide recommendations on product quality and process improvements
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in QA, business analysis, and ERP applications
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes and requirement analysis
- Hands-on experience in developing test plans and test cases
- Experience with Agile methodologies and participation in Agile ceremonies
- Ability to maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs)
