Job Summary
Bridging the gap between business stakeholders and quality assurance functions, the full-time Senior QA Business Analyst will leverage ERP domain expertise to analyze business requirements, develop test strategies, and ensure high-quality product releases in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process workflows
- Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and execute various testing phases, including UAT
- Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate UAT sessions and provide recommendations on product quality and improvements
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in QA, Business Analysis, and ERP applications
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes and requirement analysis
- Hands-on experience in translating complex business requirements into test scenarios
- Experience with Agile methodologies and participation in Agile ceremonies
- Proficiency in maintaining Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs)
