Senior QA Engineer
Job Summary
To support innovative AI-driven healthcare solutions, the remote contract Senior QA Engineer will own quality assurance across the platform, focusing on testing LLM-powered features, voice automation pipelines, and ensuring robust end-to-end coverage on GCP infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright for web and API surfaces
- Lead QA strategy for voice automation pipelines, developing test cases for synthesis quality and latency
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify testability gaps and mentor junior QA engineers
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of QA engineering experience, with at least 2 years on systems involving LLMs or AI APIs
- Expert-level skills in Playwright for resilient test automation
- Proficient in Node.js and TypeScript for developing custom test tooling
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, including Cloud Run and GKE
- Familiarity with voice APIs and practical experience testing LLMs like Claude
