Senior QA Engineer
Job Summary
Enhancing a high-performing quality testing program, the full-time Senior QA Engineer I will lead QA engineers throughout the software development testing cycle, coordinating efforts in an Agile environment to ensure products meet quality standards and end-user requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Generate detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans
- Help manage and support testing processes while developing and implementing product quality standards
- Engage with Software Engineers and Product Owners to communicate risks and issues impacting delivery schedules
Required qualifications:
- Experience in a software product/vendor environment
- Fluency in common testing tools such as Selenium, Gurock (testrail), Jmeter, Jira, and NVDA/JAWS
- Experience with popular testing patterns and identifying business requirements
- Ability to work well in a tight niche team environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
