Leading the test architecture for an on-premise flagship product, the full-time remote Senior QA Engineer will design test scenarios, develop automation scripts, and collaborate closely with developers to enhance product quality.
Key responsibilities
- Set technical direction for testing the backend of the product
- Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open source tools
- Create detailed test plans and coordinate testing activities
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in software quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Solid hands-on experience in test automation and scripting with Python
- Linux background with administration and Bash proficiency
- Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases
