Senior QA Engineer
Job Summary
To build EPOWERdoc's next-generation quality engineering practice, the full-time remote Senior QA Engineer will manage the end-to-end quality strategy, architect the QA tech stack, and design scalable test frameworks while utilizing AI-driven tools and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end quality strategy for EPOWERdoc, defining test plans and quality gates for releases
- Evaluate and document the tooling for UI, API, performance, accessibility, and security testing
- Design and maintain scalable test frameworks to automate critical clinical workflows and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional QA or software testing experience, with at least 3 years in test automation
- Strong coding skills in TypeScript or JavaScript and proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience with modern automation tools, preferably Playwright
- Understanding of how to test AI systems and non-deterministic outputs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
