Senior QA Engineer

Job Summary

Hands-on and detail-oriented, the full-time Senior QA Engineer will write, execute, and debug tests across the digital banking ecosystem while collaborating with offshore QA Engineers to enhance team quality standards in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, write, and execute manual and automated test cases across web, mobile, and API layers
• Build and maintain UI automation using C# with Selenium WebDriver and conduct end-to-end testing to validate requirements
• Guide and mentor offshore QA analysts, ensuring quality expectations are met and fostering technical excellence within the team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Computer Science degree preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on QA/testing experience, including 4+ years in test automation
• Proficient in writing automation in C# with Selenium WebDriver and strong API testing experience
• Experience with complex SQL queries and integrating automated tests in CI/CD pipelines
• Demonstrated experience mentoring QA team members, including distributed or offshore teams
