Leading the automation strategy for a live mobile game, the full-time Senior QA Manager, Automation will build and manage an automation team while designing and implementing testing frameworks and processes to ensure high-quality releases in a remote or hybrid environment.

Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in QA, test automation, or quality engineering, with 4+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience creating automation strategies and frameworks for complex products
- Hands-on programming experience in one or more languages, preferably C#
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and software development lifecycles
- Experience mentoring manual testers in coding and automation skills
