Senior QA/Test Automation Engineer

Job Summary

To validate complex accession-processing workflows and support automated test coverage, the full-time remote Senior QA/Test Automation Engineer will develop functional test cases, conduct exploratory and regression testing, and collaborate with various stakeholders while maintaining documentation of software quality.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and develop risk-based test plans, scenarios, and scripts to determine testing needs
• Conduct functional, integration, exploratory, and regression testing while maintaining traceability among requirements and test cases
• Support Government user acceptance testing by preparing test cases and coordinating execution, documenting results, and tracking findings

Required qualifications

• An active Secret clearance or higher
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field
• At least eight years of relevant professional experience in functional software testing
• Experience in validating complex workflows, business rules, and integrations
• Ability to develop and maintain automated regression tests and document test execution results
