Senior QA Test Lead

Job Summary

Leading testing initiatives for Medicare claims, the full-time Senior QA Test Lead will independently manage testing activities, focusing on claims processing, payment accuracy, and defect management while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing activities for Medicare claims, including test planning, execution, and defect management
• Apply healthcare payer and claims expertise to validate claims-processing behavior and reimbursement accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex claims issues and support compliance testing

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of QA testing experience in the healthcare payer domain, particularly in claims processing
• Hands-on experience with HRP, ClaimXten, and/or Cotiviti
• Strong background in Medicare claims testing
• Proven test management experience with the ability to lead testing activities independently
• Experience in defect management and root cause analysis for complex claims-processing issues
