Job Summary
To support the technical delivery and optimization of QNXT-based healthcare payer solutions, the full-time Senior QNXT Technical Associate will work remotely, collaborating with client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure high-performing solutions and address complex production issues.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end technical delivery for QNXT consulting, implementation, and support engagements
- Provide technical support for QNXT Claims, Benefits Configuration, and system integrations
- Conduct root cause analysis and resolve production issues impacting healthcare operations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Healthcare Administration
- 5+ years of healthcare payer technology and QNXT technical experience
- Expertise in QNXT Claims Processing, Benefits Configuration, and HIPAA EDI transactions
- SQL and database analysis skills for troubleshooting complex issues
- Understanding of QNXT schema, architecture, and system dependencies
