Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Qualitative Research Manager to lead qualitative research and evaluation for colleges and universities in a full-time remote role, focusing on data collection, analysis, and reporting to guide campus partners in implementing findings.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and code qualitative data from interviews, focus groups, and surveys across various campus engagements
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify themes and present findings to stakeholders
- Develop reports, memos, and case studies that communicate insights and recommendations effectively
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of applied qualitative research experience or a graduate degree with substantial fieldwork
- Proven ability to code data consistently and manage discrepancies effectively
- Strong analytic writing skills, able to distinguish between participant quotes and personal inferences
- Experience in measuring organizational culture through various qualitative and quantitative methods
- Familiarity with qualitative analysis software and the integration of AI tools in research processes
