Job Summary
Leading quality analytics for the VA ESOM contract, the full-time remote Senior Quality Analyst will manage data visualization, executive reporting, and ensure deliverables meet contractual requirements while providing insights for program decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead quality reviews of program deliverables and resolve complex findings with delivery owners
- Design and maintain executive dashboards and visual reports to represent program performance and customer outcomes
- Translate complex data into concise narratives for senior leadership, explaining changes and their business impact
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, quality management, information systems, data analytics, project management, or a related field
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, PMO, or performance analytics, including 3 years developing executive dashboards
- Strong command of quality assurance practices, including root-cause analysis and performance measurement
- Expertise in data visualization and storytelling, particularly with executive dashboards and presentations
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
