Senior Quality Assurance Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in the United States, the full-time Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will manually test the Nutrafol website for functional, visual, copy, and usability issues, while collaborating closely with product managers and developers to identify and report bugs using Jira.
Key responsibilities:
- Manually test the website across various devices and browsers, ensuring high-quality user experience
- Identify, report, and track bugs and defects in Jira, collaborating with the QA lead and development teams
- Quickly understand and execute testing tasks in a modified Agile process
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in manual Quality Assurance Testing for websites and mobile apps in an eCommerce environment
- Strong knowledge of JIRA and QA/development tools
- Good understanding of Agile workflows and development methodologies
- Experience with regression testing and Progressive Regression Mapping
- Recent hands-on experience using AI tools for testing efficiency
