Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary

To support a dynamic Project Activation team, the contract Senior Quality Assurance Engineer will ensure the reliability of software workflows, create and execute test plans, and collaborate closely with development teams, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure new and existing product functionality is reliable and defect-free
• Create, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases, utilizing both automation and manual testing
• Collaborate with business partners and development teams to elicit project requirements and identify defects

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software Quality Assurance and testing, with a focus on both "White Box" and "Black Box" testing strategies
• 3+ years of experience in database testing, including the ability to read, write, and execute basic SQL queries
• Experience working within an Agile software development life cycle methodology for at least 3 years
• 3+ years of experience testing multi-tier client/server applications
• Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio Team System and Azure DevOps technologies
