Senior Quality Assurance Engineer
Job Summary
To support a dynamic team in delivering technology solutions for large-scale legal class action settlements, the remote contract Senior Quality Assurance Engineer will ensure high product quality through end-to-end testing, test automation, and team mentorship while working on both greenfield and brownfield projects.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure new and existing product functionality is reliable and defect-free through comprehensive testing
- Create and execute test plans and cases, leveraging both automation and manual testing techniques
- Collaborate with business partners and development teams to elicit requirements and identify testing needs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software Quality Assurance with expertise in both "White Box" and "Black Box" testing strategies
- 3+ years of experience in database testing and proficiency in SQL
- Experience working in an Agile software development life cycle methodology for at least 3 years
- Familiarity with multi-tier client/server applications and software development frameworks
- Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio Team System and Azure DevOps technologies
