Senior Quality Assurance Specialist
Job Summary
Focusing on the transition to a proactive First Line of Defense and Process Excellence organization, the full-time Senior Quality Assurance Specialist will design, test, and govern scalable control frameworks while collaborating with various departments in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead risk control self-assessment activities to identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Evaluate end-to-end processes to simplify, standardize, and improve workflows
- Analyze data and operational trends to identify systemic risks and improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in process QA, operational risk, risk & controls, or business process management
- Strong analytical and root cause analysis skills for driving continuous improvement
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Statistical Quality Control or Lean training is a plus
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
