Senior Quality Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading end-to-end quality engineering delivery for complex healthcare payer programs, the full-time Senior Quality Engineering Manager will drive test strategy, governance, and release readiness while collaborating with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quality engineering delivery across healthcare payer programs, including various testing types such as functional and user acceptance testing
• Own test strategy, planning, estimation, and risk management while ensuring release readiness
• Manage communication and governance with clients and stakeholders, overseeing SLAs, risks, and service commitments

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering experience with a focus on Healthcare Payer systems and Facets platform testing
• Proven experience managing end-to-end testing for large-scale Facets programs
• Strong domain knowledge of Healthcare Payer operations and associated business processes
• Experience leading multi-vendor and cross-functional teams for complex transformation initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
